Pictures & Letters from our Poodle Family
Bella
Sacramento, California
Sky is now known as La Donna Bella, the Raven de Dolce Aqua. We call her "Bella" for short. My
daughter cried tears of joy when she met her. Bella is very sweet and we have bonded well. She
is very happy, eating well, and displaying more personality by the hour. Today, she learned how
to go up and down stairs and she appears to understand "come" and "sit". A great new addition
to the family.
Thank-you,
Cathleen
Violet
Lodi, California
I wanted to give you an update on Miss Violet. She is quite the firecracker and the kids are really
enjoying her. She is fully potty-trained and has learned to sit, lie down and stay - then with a
hand motion she will come running to us. She went to a professional groomer yesterday and
came back with pretty violet bows in her hair and a cute haircut. She loves to sleep on our cool
tile floor even though we bought her a nice comfy bed - silly girl. She has been a wonderful
addition to our family--Thanks so much.
Sincerely,
The Webb Family
Annie (Priscila x Hollywood Jr Puppy)
Aspen, Colorado & Long Island
Our little (BIG) Annie is just the most adorable puppy. She loved Aspen and loves it here on the
north shore of Long Island too. We live on our own beach and she has learned to swim and
loves to chase the swans, ducks and gulls!
Annie is wonderful with other dogs and has one very special friend, Baby, a one year old Goldie
who also lives on the beach. We can't wait to see her play in the snow when we are back in
Aspen this winter. She is being spayed tomorrow.
Thank you so much for such a wonderful poodle. She is still getting in trouble (toilet paper
rolls, shoes, etc.) but she is so cute we end up laughing. Everyone can't get over how beautiful
she is.
Thanks again Michelle,
Susan and Bob aka Annie's Mom and Daddy

Ollie (2008 Priscila x Louie Puppy)
CA
Things are working out great. We named the puppy "Ollie" and the girls are having a great time.
We took him to the clinic to get the heart worm preventative and get him micro chipped.
He has already adjusted to his crate, goes into it all the time, and is sleeping through the night
with no crying/whining. Of course he's had a few accidents when we weren't watching him, but
he bought one of those pet enzyme cleaners that seem to be working well. He's has no
accidents inside his crate at all, and has learned his spot to go outside in the side yard.
Overall he's been great -- learning his name, sitting, staying and walks great on a leash.
Thanks again and I'll send you some pics soon.

Here is a picture of our new baby. She
seems very happy and has been very good.
Everyone thinks that she is adorable.

Lucy (2008 Priscila x Louie Puppy)
Los Gatos, CA
We named our Baker's poodle Lucienne so we could call her Lucy. She's been an amazing
puppy, very exuberant and happy. Everyone is charmed by her bowing-down invitations to
play. Her health has been excellent and I keep her in a puppy cut.
Lucy's been to Puppy School (which she loved) and Adolescent Puppy School, which was
more challenging because I actually expected her to do what I asked amid all the distractions
of the other puppies. I continue to work on getting her to settle down. She loves other dogs
and children. Fortunately I live very near the High School so she can run off leash on the fields
nearly every day. She has remarkable stamina.
Other things:
- She's sweet and affectionate.
- She now barks when anyone comes into the yard or to the front door. I like this.
- She watches the Dog Whisperer with me.
- Her latest mischief is to carefully remove an ornament from the Christmas tree and
take it to her bed. I don't like this. It's dangerous!
- She really likes to play hide and seek in the house and is very good at it!
- She's the darling of the Alzheimer's Unit at my mom's Assisted Living.
I realize that this is more than you requested, but I enjoy this dog so much I wanted you to
know.
Jane

Murphy (2008 Sasha x Louie Puppy)
CA
Hi Michelle,
Looks like you've got your hands full with that adorable litter!
It's fun for our kids to see Murphy's brother's and sister's.
Speaking of Murphy, he is doing great! Hard to believe we've
had him for a year. He has added so much joy to our family
life. He has become a very obedient dog and is so good with
our kids. Here are a couple of pictures I took last month...he is
so handsome!

Lily, (2009 Louie Puppy)
CA
I just downloaded these pictures of our standard poodle
from your May litter. We named her Lily because of her
color and it sounded French. Lily will be 5 months old very
soon and I thought you might like to see a picture of her.
Jayne and I took both poodles to a little dog show on the
4th of July. (Jayne is her friend who took a sister from the
litter)
She is a delight, smart, curious, and strong willed. I have
recommended you to a friend who also wants a standard
poodle.

Michelle
We got our little Lou from you last November ('08).
Lou has been so great!
He is such a fantastic addition to our family,
everyone who meets him falls in love instantly. I
was in New York last year for 5 months but it made
me so comfortable that he was home with the
family. He really has brought such joy into our
lives, and the great thing is he hasn't had any
health problems. He's been really low maintenance
and easy to train. It was totally worth the trip to go to
you. I hope all is well with you and your family.
